Wonderful and refreshing experience

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beachside apartment. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views that made every morning and sunset feel special. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was a highlight. It was the perfect mix of comfort and coastal charm, and we’d happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway. Largo was exceptional in making us feel welcome.

Cons: However, one thing we didn’t like was that we had to purchase our own power for the facility when it ran out, which we found quite unusual and unexpected. Aside from that, the stay was enjoyable.

Pros: From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d chosen the right place! The Royal Atlantic villa in Sunset Beach, Cape Town is stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than the photos. We loved the comfortable beds, elegant furniture, and how clean and inviting everything felt. It’s so close to the beach and restaurants, which made exploring so easy. The hosts were fantastic — friendly, helpful, and clearly care about their guests’ experience. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Pros: Our stay at Royal Atlantic Beach Villa in Sunset Beach was absolutely perfect! The villa looks even better in person — beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotless. We loved how close it is to the beach and the peaceful atmosphere of the area. The hosts were friendly, attentive, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The beds were super comfortable, and the outdoor entertainment area was ideal for sunset braais. We’ll definitely be back — a true gem on Cape Town’s coast!\

It was the most perfect getaway stay

Pros: Our family had the most wonderful holiday at this beautiful beach villa. You can literally hear the ocean — the beach is just a few steps away! Every corner of the Royal Atlantic in Sunset Beach property is tastefully decorated with high-quality finishes and thoughtful details. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were dreamy, and the entire place felt calm and luxurious. Everything was just perfect. Thank you to the amazing hosts — we can’t wait to return!

Pros: Lovely position, the house is beautiful furnished and comfortable, all appliances and linens were available. The beds were amazing, comfortable and good mattresses, that's always important to me. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing, I could walk to the beach and shops. I will certainly be booking again.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. Everything I needed was there, I was very happy, the pool was clean and great.

We all loved this gorgeous self catering home.

Pros: Communication with the host was very easy and it was easy to meet at the property. We got 2 set of keys and were explained everything very well. Location is in a complex, only one row of buildings between the ocean and this beautiful holiday self catering house. Fenced in with electric gate. There is a double garage in the house that fitted my pick up truck with roof rack plus 2 motor cycles. We stayed a longer period and even had a cleaner to assist. The house is fully equipped even with washing machine and tumble dryer and Nespresso machine. Three bed rooms, three bath rooms plus a guest toilet. The roof-top-terrace offers stunning views. It was about 25 Minutes drive to the city center, there are shopping options near by. The place is stunning.

Cons: There is only air conditioning in the master bedroom, we had extremely hot days. A bedding option for hot days would also help, but we could have asked.

Basen jest w pełni wystarczający, świetnie wpisany w charakter obiektu. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje obsługa, która stoi na najwyższym poziomie — profesjonalna, pomocna i dyskretna. To nie jest zwykłe miejsce noclegowe, lecz prawdziwa luksusowa willa, do której chce się wracać. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Pros: The welcome by our host, she was ready and communicated everything prior to our arrival as to how we will meet to collect the keys and she guided us to and within the villa.
