Pros: I actually liked where the place is located,right on the main road,where shops and garage are also located,it's wasn't a struggle at all.

Cons: Just the electricity was a bit of an issue,I think the place should have some back up lights inside the rooms at least but other than that,all good

Pros: My room was so clean. Friendly staff at the office, she was so helpful. Very fast wifi i could work all night. Hot water throughout. TV was working with youtube and Netflix. I will definitely return back

Great Service from The Gem

Pros: I had such a wonderful experience at this guest house. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist made me feel so welcome. Always picking up my calls and calling back to make sure I arrived safely, such a thoughtful touch. Her warm welcome and friendly attitude made my stay extra special. The room was spotless and fresh smell everywhere, and the beddings looked and felt like new. I was so happy the TV was working and there was Netflix. Everything was perfectly prepared and comfortable. I received all the necessary information from the receptionist, and she was always happy and ready to help I was especially grateful when she helped me extend my stay so smoothly without any stress, cleaned my room and changed all the beddings again, and I truly felt at home. For the small amount I paid, I got way more than I expected. It was a great hospitality, comfort, and care. I highly recommend this guest house and will definitely return in the future.
