Newly Renovated - Stellenbosch Farm Cottage

We had an excellent stay at Fransmanskraal. Wish we could have stayed longer. Next time we will! 😁

Pros: Very nice place with a lot of space and privacy. Nice views!

Peaceful surroundings, close to main attractions in Stellenbosch. Very family friendly with super staff.

Pros: Loved the view, hot tub, fully stocked kitchen and small details of freshly picked flowers next to each bed.

Cons: Take note..it is a fam stay (which was advertised well) but it was noisy in the mornings from quite early with farm workers etc.

So glad I found this place and that it was available..

Pros: It was an absolute bliss to stay at this farm house between the vinyards and the beautiful view of the mountains. The Welcome gifts were a big surprise and amazing! I loved the quirky kitchen wall with all the important info . Would love to stay here again.

Cons: The stay was too short..

Very pleasant, the outside living space was beautiful and comfortable, the views were amazing.

Pros: Location was a little further from town than I would have liked, but the view and amenities made up for it. Also - the welcome gifts - freshly baked bread, butter, fruit was amazing. Hosts were very helpful and available.

Gorgeous cottage in even more gorgeous surroundings

Pros: The location is simply stunning, to the extent that we cut short of tours of the vineyards to spend more time relaxing in the gardens of the property. Three very comfy bedrooms

Cons: The property is perfect but you do need a car to get around easily (was hard to secure Ubers)

idyllische Lage in den Weinbergen

Pros: Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit viel Platz. Den Bildern nach zu urteilen hatten wir jedoch mit etwas modernerer Ausstattung gerechnet - es ist doch schon leicht in die Jahre gekommen. Top Empfehlungen für To do's in der Gegend, das war super.

Cons: Wir sind für mehrere Tage geblieben und haben daher unserer Koffer ausgepackt, mussten allerdings die Schränke erstmal auswischen, da sie etwas verstaubt waren. Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas aufgefüllt werden (wir sind mit Kleinkind gereist und haben daher auch viel zu Hause gegessen / gekocht).

Het moeite waard

Pros: Prachtige locatie, zeer compleet huis. Bijzonder gewaardeerd extratjes, vers gebakken brood, boter, melk en fruit aanwezig.

Cons: Jammer dat wij niet persoonlijk zijn ontvangen. Luidruchtige feestende buren om 03.00, al moet gezegd worden dat na melding geen last meer gehad.
