Beautiful quirky property in a quiet residential neighbourhood.

Pros: Beautiful quirky property in a quiet residential neighbourhood. I chose it because I was going to a music event nearby and I couldn’t have asked before. The room is very spacious with a private balcony and every facility you could need is provided. There are plenty of shops, coffee shops and bars nearby too. The owner could not do enough for me and was super friendly and helpful. Fabulous property and I highly recommend it. Thanks again!

Casa Lucia is quaint and cosy.

Pros: The apartment is beautifully furnished and cosy. It is located in an interesting area of Cape Town. I enjoyed evenings in the spacey living area, and the view on the street. Everything is clean and well-maintained. I felt safe and welcome!

Cons: It is very windy in Observatory during November. The combination of wind, rattling window frames and tree branches scraping the roof made sleeping a bit difficult. Additionally, the mattress was not super comfortable.

Great stay

Pros: The owner has been constantly in touch with us. Ronald was also very helpful with the keys and assisting us with our luggage. Owner made sure we are comfortable and happy although she was not around. House is big and spacious. Love the antics around,.Pool.. We had a grt stay

Fab property and Ronald was a star

Pros: Really clean and Ronald couldn’t of been more helpful. Had an issue with the iron and he dropped another off within 20 mins and on his day off. Beds were really comfy both bathrooms were fab and we had a spare room. Only used the pool once but it was great

Cons: Bit quirky with its low ceilings upstairs but soon adjusted

Pros: The host was polite, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The place was clean and well maintained. It had a washing machine and a dishwasher. The electric blankets were a blessing 🙌

Lovely accommodation overall with a great location

Pros: Great location, very central to all planned activities. Lovely space for a family holiday. Efficient host who was very attentive to our needs and extremely helpful. The little plunge pool was a great bonus to cool off during the hot summer days.

Cons: Appliances, i.e. kettle and toaster are very old and could do with an upgrade but otherwise well stocked with all the basic kitchen needs.
