Wonderfully situated, welcoming and well-equipped home close to a beautiful beach.

Pros: The house was wonderfully situated, in a quiet area with mountains on one side and a short walk to a beautiful beach on the other. It felt like a real home, with personality alongside all needed equipment. The host, Zoe, was extremely informative, responsive and thoughtful in so many ways. It was hard to leave even after only two days!

Cons: Only suggestion is to provide bath/shower gel and shampoo for guests who might not have brought their own.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay and everything was great from start to finish. The house is spotless, very well maintained, and clearly cared for, which made it immediately feel comfortable and welcoming. The location is excellent and perfect for a peaceful nature getaway. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away, and incredible natural attractions like Kogel Bay Nature Reserve and Harold Porter Botanical Garden are within a 10-minute drive. The area is quiet, scenic, and ideal for anyone who enjoys being close to nature while still having easy access to beautiful surroundings. The host was excellent with communication and provided helpful tips on things to do in the area, which really added to the experience. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Peaceful break in gorgeous location, perfect for friends and families, and taking your dogs.

Pros: Beautiful location, well equipped and helpful responsive host. Perfect for watching the sunset and having your dogs with you.

Cons: Unfortunately we had some noisy neighbours!

Pros: Great location surrounded by nature and uninterrupted views. Easy to walk to see the penguins and to the beach. Big house with lots of space and well stocked with cutlery and everything needed to cook. You can see it’s a house that has been lived in.

Cons: Good overall stay but some things to note Bathroom is not a separate room and closed off by curtains. It was okay for us as we were just a couple but could be a bit awkward. Gas stove which was a bit tricky as you have to open the gas bottle.

Pros: A beautiful house in the perfect location. Definitely pet friendly.

Pros: The cottage was close to the beach, and had a cosy comfortable feel. It had all amenities that one might need for a weekend away from home. The board games were a plus. It is a perfect place for a family with kids/pets.

Cons: The stove was hard to operate, and the fridge needed urgent defrosting

Brilliant, cosy, a real beach house experience

Pros: This is a little gem very close to the Bettys Bay Beach area but with open stands of natural fynbos next to the house, it feels like you are in a nature reserve! It has a beautiful natural garden with lights indicating the path after sun set. This is a must return to venue!

Wonderful relaxing stay.

Pros: Well stocked for a holiday let, everything you need to be comfortable and cater for yourself. Really peaceful and relaxing
