Pros: The room was absolutely gorgeous with amazing views.

Pros: The upgrades that were done in the past 2 years are very nice, nice big pool, two restaurants on site, kids playgrounds, winetasting.

Pros: The breakfast room has the best view of the mountains. Breakfast is simple but adequate. a nice addition would be some croissants or a decadent pastry or scone

Cons: we loved the new rooms and accommodation stayed in room 5 and would always love that room i know you did not want shade umbrellas to interrupt the view by the pool, but shade is needed especially in the hot summer months. A suggestion is to offer the pool lounges to be placed on our patios if you are on the ground floor.... you can lie in the shade and read and watch the beautiful view from your own patio perhaps. we wanted to spend time in the hotel and not always travelling as you have the most spectacular view and pool . otherwise, you need to locate additional pool lounges under the trees .

Pros: Location - out of town but close enough to other attractions. Pool and on site restaurants were great

Cons: Lack of a seperate wine tasting experience to having it in the restaurant area.

We enjoyed our stay but more attention to detail in certain areas is definitely required.

Pros: Very friendly staff and the scenery is breathtaking from the rooms overlooking the pool and terrace of the main restaurant.

Cons: Nice large pool, but no umbrellas during the first two days. Only after two requests to provide them was action taken. No waiter service on the terrace during breakfast, so we had to collect cutlery and crockery ourselves if we wanted to sit outside. 'Boma' bar at the pool closed during our stay, so no service at the pool. One had to go to the restaurant to get assistance, which was initially declined but in the end was offered.
