Pros: Friendliness of staff, good breakfast. Massage on site. Clayton was helpful booking a vineyard tour

Cons: Nothing to complain about apart from a heavy duvet in hot weather. There was no water one evening but it came back after a,few hours and wasn't a problem for me.

Pros: Very comfortable bed and lovely decoration. It’s very central , the botanical coffee is just around the corner, perfect for coffee.

Comfortable stay the staff were very friendly . An old colonial hotel and spa

Pros: Pool and sun bed facilities. Good breakfast outside dining

Cons: Our room didn’t have any outside space like the other rooms , and we had a lot of stairs to climb

Delightful colonial manor with super staff, decent breakfast, spacious comfy room and great location

Pros: Delightful, slightly-faded-grandeur colonial manor, with old-world service (robes, slippers etc). Universally cheery, helpful, chatty staff. Big room; good shower, huge bed, quaint, ancient wardrobe. Very decent breakfast. Great location - University quarter, 100 yds to Botanical Gardens, wide boulevards, lots of green space. 5-10 walk mins to bars, restaurants and town centre commerces; ideal - not bang central but easily walkable.

Cons: Room a bit cold. No heating and well-shaded. Pool not heated, so not useable.
