Pros: The staff were wonderful. Great hospitality very accommodating to all of our needs. The room was beautiful.

Cons: No real complaints. Slightly further out but taxis very easy and cheap.

Pros: Great service and the staff were exceptionally helpful and made me feel welcome. Very stylish decor and great rooms. Would be great if restaurant service at lunch and dinner was accessible.

Pros: Keisha, Nobulele, Tonderai and the team took such good care of me from the moment I arrived until I left. I loved Keisha's crispy croissants in the morning, and the freedom I had to sit in the Sunshine. I loved the garden, the flora, the privacy of my room. I had a lovely stay and look forward to another visit.

Cons: I can't think of anything that I didn't like....

Quiet, peaceful, relaxing, brilliant service!

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. From pastries, to croissants, to muffins. The fresh fruit was outstanding and the cooked breakfast excellent. Champagne with breakfast Christmas day was fantastic!!

Pros: I recently stayed at SW1 Lodge, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The accommodation was absolutely gorgeous—every detail of the house was beautifully decorated, and each room felt thoughtfully designed. It truly has a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was fantastic and incredibly filling, the perfect way to start the day. But what really stood out was the staff. They were so friendly, kind, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

A True 5 Star experience

Pros: Upon arrival we were welcomed and made to feel at home. Our room was exceptional, the decorations had meaning, each space filled with purpose and we felt a nice homely feeling. Our host Tonderai was so friendly, kindhearted and helpful and attended to all our needs. He was very professional at all times, yet we felt his warmth and he was always smiling. He is truly a gem at SW1 lodge and we felt very comfortable with his exceptional service. Our Chef was so nice and friendly, treating us to his breakfast specialties and those breakfasts were remarkable, such depth of flavour. We loved our room so much, the aircon and fireplace was so nice and made the room feel cozy and warm during this cold winter season. We loved the turn down service too and this was a nice touch.
