Pros: Very close to the wedding venue which was great for us ! The home was comfy with all the necessities and the water pressure was excellent

Unforgettable

A nice place but as I was ill I needed a better space really.

Pros: The lady I dealt with was great and let me change dates and arranged a late entry as processing my car hire took a long time. The staff were good as were the facilities. The bed was very comfortable. It felt very safe and secure. The location was excellent.

Cons: The positives and staff compensated for the road works that badly affected the room I was in which more backed onto the road. The room was dark and the view over the courtyard wasn’t great as a consequence. Given the property had nobody else staying possibly they could have upgraded my room or found one less affected by the road works.

A hidden Gem

Pros: Unassuming comfortable little gem 💎 of a place. Location to wedding venue (Vrede en Lust) was perfect as it was literally across the road. Swimming pool was perfect for hot summers day Thank you so much for accommodating our early check in.

Cons: Road works noise(I'm sure once it's over it will be bliss for yourselves and guests.🤞🏻 Observations below (not complaints) Room 2 located near laundry out office(not sure what room it is where staff are), early hours staff opening moving stuff around and cellphone's ringing can be heard in the main bedroom of room 2 Bathroom blind broken so privacy compromised in bathroom. Freezer draws layered with old ice.

Pros: I loved the whole vibe! Felt like I was in Italy. I enjoyed the pool so much, the place is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful.

Cons: The little worms on the stoep! Haha. They made their way in my bag and traveled all the way home with me.

Pros: We had an event at Plaisir and booked Station House and what a lovely surprise it was. The property is beautiful furnished, well equipped and so very comfortable, with friendly and professional staff. We’ll definitely book again!

Pros: Great central location to stay for weddings or events in the winelands. Livi went out of her way to make us feel welcome even arranging to meet us on arrival after we were delayed. We would definitely stay here again.
