Pros: Rooms are so beautiful (the pictures don’t do them much justice) and come equipped with more than one fan which is perfect for the Paarl heat. You can really tell that the hosts put in that extra touch to make the guests happy. It’s all in the finer details. The hosts are super friendly and the breakfast and staff were amazing! I’m definitely going back soon for a longer trip.

Comfortable bed, big room with a garden-facing balcony; lovely bathroom, friendly staff.

Pros: I booked very late in the afternoon and arrived to a confused attendant via the phone number provided on site. But she was very good at sorting out her unexpected arrival. The security system in place, is good. The breakfast brought on time to the room was very good, a wide variety and perfect.

Cons: Nothing to dislike but be aware that it takes a while when arriving for the security gates to let you in, as well as out. Be patient. It's good to know that for safety and security reasons, the gate is monitored for authorised visitors.

An excellent location and guest house that far exceeded my expectations

Pros: The friendliness of the staff and the entire check in process and the rooms were absolutely perfect and exceeded what I had been expecting... my only regret is not knowing about this guesthouse earlier.

It's great to be at Middelplaas Guesthouse with all the comforts whilst being surrounded by nature.

Pros: I decided not to make use of the breakfast option that was included due to early morning starts and the fact that the unit was fully equipped to prepare and cook meals.

Cons: Everything was awesome!
