Lovely, relaxing stay in a well situated area - would definitely recommend and be back.

Pros: The garden was beautiful and like an oasis. The rooms were cool even on hot summer days. The owner was friendly and ready to help; providing a torch to ensure we could walk safely at night (despite the garden being well lit), special tlc provided when a friend too ill. The pets are there to greet you in the morning or when you return but give you space for your stay. The bedding is luxurious; excellent quality linen and pillows. The staff are friendly and helpful, walking the extra mile. Each day fresh towels are provided, cleaning is done, and beds are made to an excellent standard.

Cons: The kitchenette has cups and teaspoons but plates, bowls, and cutlery would be a nice addition. A little more space to hang towels to allow for proper drying would be great - just to keep them until the fresh towels are provided.

Very comfortable stay in an excellent location

Pros: Excellent location. Full marks for cleanliness. And the room set-up was very convenient for the needs of our group. The garden was lovely as well and we had full use of it during our stay. We used it every evening!

Cons: There is nothing to dislike.
