It is our place to go whenever we have to overnight in Cape Town. We were very happy. Good job guy

Pros: We were pleasantly surprised. Loved the ample parking space. Felt serene and everything was clean and fresh. Even the communal kitchen was clean. Mr Bright was brilliant, friendly and easy to communicate with. He was making sure that we have what we need. Very helpfull. Even when we wanted to leave at 06:00 in the morning. Thank you for your service

Cons: It wasn't a big problem but maybe have a look at the tv remote. I also do understand that it is all kinds of people that use the remotes. Like I said, it wasn't a problem to us.

I liked my stay it was nice and very convenient

Pros: The location is quite and looks safe cause I was scared since it’s in Goodwood but it was very nice

Cons: Just for improvement they need to buy new towels or wash them with sta soft or something to make them soft, they were clean but hard if that’s the right word

Pros: Although we never utilized amenities like walking around in the area or the wifi, my wife and I were newly weds and required a night away from home, the check in process was smooth despite my irritation with the host asking too many questions, he flipped the coin and gave us a better suite than we paid for and rendered me a happy client. That's what customer service is about.
