Just what I needed.

Pros: The location is perfect. The bed was very comfortable and there was good Wifi and Netflix available. I could park right in from of my room.

Cons: There was no soap in the room and when the neighboring room opened a tap, there was a loud noise on my side.

Pros: We had a lovely stay at this property. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and well taken care of. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind. Thank you for the excellent hospitality — we would definitely stay here again!

Pros: The guest house is very homely and Ryno was an exceptional host. The property is well maintained and secure and the pool was always clean. The location is excellent and close to transport.

Perfect place for families

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay the Sanctuary guest house, very beautiful place, the rooms were very clean and spacious, they were so kind enough to let us check in at 11:00am

Pros: We had a wonderful welcome from Rino the owner of the Lodge when we arrived. The place is beautiful and well maintained. Lovely views and good location as not far into V&A waterfront about 10mins on Uber or can use the Local bus which we found to be safe. Full English Breakfast with choice of cereals and fruit, juices, coffee and teas was provided. There are local shops and a restaurants within walking distance for.dinner. Canal Walk Mall is 10min uber away a huge Mall with all shopping needs. Rino also arranged excursions for us with a reliable transporter. Had an absolutely wonderful time. We would like to thank Rino and his staff for a great stay.

Cons: Not that it was a problem but perhaps a choice of pillows as they were very soft.

Pros: Wonderful stay at The Sanctuary Guest House – highly recommended! We stayed for 2 days at The Sanctuary and had a fantastic experience. The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful – always ready to assist with tips and recommendations. The location is perfect if you’re exploring Cape Town: it’s close enough to the city but away from the hustle, and taking an Uber was super convenient (and much easier than dealing with the busy traffic ourselves!). We would definitely recommend this lodge to anyone visiting the area. A real gem – we’ll be back! Thank you for a memorable stay!

Perfect family holiday

Pros: I loved everything about the guest house ... The beautiful view of the mountain and the pool area....easy to get to the location and close to a lot of shopping centers. Breakfast was on time and on point as well... A big thank you to the host, Ryno... I will definitely stay at this guest house again.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike. Honestly, the guest house is very beautiful and beautiful equipped as well..
