Good customer service

Pros: The bed was soft and comfortable the employees was very nice even tho i arrived

Pros: I like that there was a air-conditioning,bath tub and a shower. Netflix,WiFi ect

Cons: The room was a bit small but very comfortable

I enjoyed my stay and I’d definitely come back again.

Pros: I like the fact that the Wi-Fi connection is quite good . There’s Netflix logged in already.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful and the unit was very comfortable. Also the facilities like the kitchen was kept in a good state. It is also very close to shops but I found myself getting lost back whenever I left which was a bit disconcerting.

Cons: The plumbing makes a noise everytime the unit next door would use their taps. There were no extra blankets in unit, but was offered to put on the aircon, as for me I do not use aircons as it has a big effect on my allergies. Other than that we were extremely happy with everything

Pros: Liked the location and the rooms were nice and clean

Pros: The hospitality that very good and the room was clean and very nice and I didn't experience any WiFi problems when I was in that room and the area is peaceful and quiet just the way I love my personal space.

Great - would definitely be back again when I'm next in the area.

Pros: The bed was comfortable and there's aircon. I also found Salami and cheese in the fridge which I assumed was complimentary :D That was nice.

Cons: Limited parking - when i first arrived parking spaces were full for all 4 spaces. Fortunately, I had to leave and by the time I came back in the evening, there was a space.

Pros: they need to improve and put on solar incase of load shading, if you can work on your garden to look natural more like maybe apply some pot plants. to make the surrounding look wow as you enter the premises put better chairs and tables at patio, and remove broken ones and make up your garden on patio.

Cons: Service from the ladies, was stunning they do look after their guests and they are friendly. I think they need only look at their time of work maybe to wear a uniform during hours of work or when they welcome the guests by the reception. it is a safe place to stay, peace of mind after work relaxing location area.

The room was aesthetically pleasing.

Pros: The property exceeded my expectations. The location was great and quiet. The lighting inside the room was amazing and I loved the balcony. Everything was perfect!

Cons: There was no garbage bag inside the bin in the toilet.

Pros: The ladies that run the venue are exceptionally friendly, and very accomodating. I would recommend Sikelela to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with privacy and cleanliness!

Cons: Nothing! 100% awesome stay
