Pros: Friendly and warm welcome staff ,room excellent and piecfull iits good place to cool off your mind. And resting

Cons: Nothing to complain about I'm happy

I love the place was cheap and good location

Pros: Cleanliness. The staff were always very friendly and helpful..Rooms were private and undisturbed.

Cons: The occasional cocharoah.

Pros: The location was perfect from the airport and to go to V & A waterfront and Canal Walk shopping centre

Pros: Staff was friendly, room was clean, had parking space...

Cons: The area wasn't as expected..

Pros: The staff was friendly the 2 ladies there always smiling whenever we talked to them.

Parking nightmare

Pros: The staff was amazing,making you feel welcome 🙏 as the owner his the reasonable person I was traveling with small kids I wasn't happy about the bathroom arrangements he managed to sort out my issues without extra charge I was given more spacious room thank you Sir🙏

Cons: Parking space is small,if you not a good driver you can scratch your car please Sir do something about the gate and also try to have remote for your guests

Pros: Everything was okay I enjoyed my stay except for the noise otherwise the place is perfect

Cons: Bathroon door have needs to be fixed

Pros: The room was clean..staff was friendly and professional and the location was close to restrurants and bar and definitely value for money

Cons: I would prefer having a remote for the gate when leaving and entering to prevent having to call the hostess to open up

We had a comfortable stay despite some of the things we didn’t like. The staff was just exceptional.

Pros: The staff was amazing and the beds were comfortable.

Cons: There was sometimes no hot water, toilet had no water to flush and the sink was blocked. The shower was not in a good condition.
