Comfortable, large room

Pros: The room was perfect for our needs - close to family where we would be spending most of our time and a comfortable space with all required amenities. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was also large and had a beautiful bath and shower. Furnishings provide everything required, full length mirror, lit mirror in the bathroom, comfortable seating area with TV and Netflix, and a microwave to heat our baby’s food - all great. There is no air con, but the ceiling fan was sufficient for us, especially because it’s in quite a dark part of the property so I can’t imagine it gets too hot! The host was very accommodating when we needed to check out.

Cons: Check-in was a bit haphazard. We rang the bell and stood around for quite a long time. However when we rang the contact number for the owner she was very quick to sort things out for us.

Pros: The rooms were great and very spacious. The ceilings fans really helped with the Cape summer heat. The location was great, right near the Rondebosch Common which is a great spot for a run.
