Pros: The location is great and the views is absolutely stunning. Good communication and instructions from the agent.

Cons: There is some maintenance to be done that is normal wear and tear.

Fantastic view.

Pros: The view was excellent. The pictures matched the apartment so no surprises on arrival. Plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen & a washing machine. Plenty of excellent restaurants within a 5 minute drive.

Cons: The bedrooms at the back were hard to cool down as there is no air conditioning and it was too windy to keep the windows open.

Amazing

Pros: The views, the space, the cleanliness, it met all our requirements. Friendly security at reception.

Cons: Not the apartment itself but the fact that there are only 3 braai spots and it's so far from your apartment. The loud generator woke me when it was load shedding at 4am but I suppose it's needed to keep the lifts, doors, gates & essential lights working.
