Pros: The two nights we spent as a family of four here were nothing short of comfortable and efficient. It truly felt like a home away from home — clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully prepared. They had all the necessary facilities and utilities (and more!). For example, there was even a mini sewing kit in the bathroom — how thoughtful? 😭 There’s so much more I could say, but all I’ll say is this: you definitely get your money’s worth!

Overall, the apartment is well spaced and clean.

Pros: The apartment is very well equipped and was very useful to have a washing machine, iron and board available as that was a requirement during our stay. The aircon in the lounge area was great.

Cons: I would recommend to give the shower a good scrub. Try get a dustbin for the apartment as the plastic bag filled up quickly...unless I missed the bin somewhere. It would have been great to also have an aircon in the main bedroom, but we managed with the manual ice pack one. The location was perfect for our requirements, but seeing that it was over a weekend, the pubs got very noisy..as they should :), but not when one wants to sleep.

Comfortable convenient clean

Pros: The apartment was well equipped. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Booking in is a breeze and support if you need anything is quick and friendly

Cons: The noise level from the street is quite high. No fan or window in the main bedroom. The portable air-conditioning is not a great option.

Pros: Lovely flat with very comfortable furniture and beds. It was nice to be on the ground floor- not having stairs to climbed. Easy access to parking area and safety gate.

Cons: Although the place is very central located, our room faced the Main Street, which was a little bit noisy. There was no space to hang our clothes in the cupboard as the cleaning equipment were stored there, although there is a cupboard in the hallway.

A home away from home!

Pros: A very comfortable stay! The apartment was cozy and clean. The host thought about little details that made the stay absolutely enjoyable.

Pros: The 2nd bedroom was a little noisy at night, but we were in Paarl with 14 other schools so there were a lot of other people around and probably to be expected. Great stay, very convenient position, we walked between schools and fields and had the best coffee right at our doorstep

Feeling like home in Paarl 💕

Pros: Absolutely everything! Cute super furnished place, with the little surprise on the bed and all attention to details! I stole some ideas for my own Airbnb! Fabulous Heritage building with everything in a walking distance to enjoy Paarl. I highly recommend! I wanna thank you Alex and your team, amazing stay, merci 🙏🏽

Cons: Absolutely nothing!

Weekend away- wedding

Pros: The apartment was nice and modern. Big enough space for all the adults to move around. Didn't miss anything from home. Nice big TV and buying air conditioning credits was easy. The sleeper coach was huge and really comfortable to sleep on.

Excellent location and well kitted out apartment.

Pros: The apartment is ideally located on the Main Road - it is very close to coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery shop and everything you need. Off road secure parking. The apartment has everything you need and more. even has drying rack, iron and board and so many other little things you might need. Very well thought through.

Cons: Everything was Great. Would only suggest a very SMALL (maybe irrelevant thing)... but would be nice when you book 5 nights to get a decent supply of toilet paper.... not 2 rolls.

Really enjoyed our stay. We’re met by & made to feel welcome by the owner. A nice clean, safe & secure retreat

Pros: Lots of little extras - sherry, biscuits, toiletries supplied. The security & safety of the premises was very good. Good location & proximity to the wine region of Capetown. Beds were warm and comfortable. The air conditioning system was excellent & washing machine much needed. We were met onsite by the manager/owner.

Cons: The road noise & the pub/bars were noisy even on a Monday & Tuesday night. But that’s not the owners fault. Master bedroom was really dark as the window was blacked out. Couldn’t use the cupboards in the second bedroom as the bedroom was so small. Maybe it the beds were foot to foot & the cupboard on the other wall this could work.
