Mosselberg Garden Gottage

Wonderful weekend stay

Pros: I booked Mosselberg Cottage for my brother and his girlfriend. They absolutely loved their stay and were so impressed with the cottage and the friendliness of the hosts, Corne & his wife. They highly recommend this property 👌🏻

Pros: Corne was kind, flexible and available and went above and beyond to adapt to our schedule - and the cottage had everything we needed and more! The location is at the very edge of Hermanus’ residential area, so you’ll need a car/taxi or enough time to walk to town along the beautiful cliff path. It’s at walking distance from a beautiful beach and from some scenic trails on the hills around. Corne and his family also run a restaurant nearby, recommended!

Pros: Very spacious, clean, well-equipped, and private. We had an absolutely lovely stay.

Pros: I had the most delightful stay at this cozy property! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The place was charming, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made all the difference. The hosts were kind and attentive, it was the perfect blend of comfort and hospitality, all surrounded by nature. I’m already dreaming of my next visit!

Perfect 2 day stay.

Pros: Spacious private safe and comfortable cottage. 2 outside spaces including a shaded braii area. Well equipped kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. It had dining table options both inside and outside. Parking space was off road and secure. Powerful shower with ample hot water when needed. Within walking distance to a lovely beach and the start of the coastal trail into Hermanus old town harbour. Corne introduced himself upon our arrival and provided advice and tips to help us enjoy Hermanus.

Cons: We loved our stay nothing to dislike.

Tranquil cottage in perfect location

Pros: The locality close to Grotto Beach, beautiful views of the mountain, lovely garden with pool were big pluses for us. Corne was a fantastic host and was so so accommodating during our stay. It's definitely a great cottage and very well priced for a short or long break. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Cons: Everything was great for our short stay

Gorgeous

Pros: A very nice accomodation, very convenient with all the necessary for cooking, for spending a nice staying, relaxing and visiting Hermanus. Very close to the beach by walk.

Cons: We wished we would have some contact with the owners. We don't mind if we haven't.

Gracious hosts

Pros: Waking up to a mountain view was amazing. An entire cottage with modern amenities was the best.

Cons: I would just request the host to improve on the privacy of the cottage perhaps light curtains on the bedroom windows.

Great Place to stay in Hermanus

Pros: Amazing and friendly host. I will definitely book with this host again when I am in Hermanus next time. Exceeding all expectations.

Pros: Spacious and well appointed apartment. Lovely area and pool

Cons: Bed was a little hard .
