Luxurious and good value

Pros: Well equipped, very bright and comfortable, host was super-helpful. There was milk, coffee, biscuits and a bottle of wine on our arrival, and the instructions to access the property was straightforward. Franschoek is a wonderful village and we loved staying here

Cons: Nothing. It had everything we needed and more

Pros: Everything!! Rooms spacious and very well designed, facilities wonderful & owner couldn’t have been more helpful. Short walk to Franschheok. Exceeded expectations and we’ll definitely be back!

Great studio apartment in Franschoek

Pros: Parking was easy, coded entry was easy, late checkout gratefully received, good communication, beautiful bathroom, nice to have own outside area and beam alarms. Nice big tv with free Netflix access via hotel subscription. Appreciated the snacks, bubbly and milk in fridge!

Cons: There wasn’t enough subbed round the pool area so we felt unable to use as all sunbeds occupied when we went out both days. Sofa positioned under tv was a bit odd so couldn’t really sit there and had to sit in bed to watch tv sideways. Not enough plug sockets by bed to plug in phone charging so had to unplug lights. Would be nice to have additional ambient lighting (lamps etc) as putting the ‘big lights’ on was a bit bright. Not having a door between bathroom and bedroom might not suit everyone

Beautifully peaceful

Pros: The beautiful and calm aesthetic and cleanliness were superb. The location was away from the busy main street and peaceful, but close enough to take a quick drive or leasurely walk to shops and the Franschhoek monument. Host communication was exceptional! We had a wonderful stay at C'est la Vie!

The pool was great!

Pros: Very spacious and well appointed room. Self check-in was very easy and thought was put into the amenities and treats.

Perfect stay in Franschhoek!

Pros: Perfect stay in Franschhoek! Very spacious room, clean and modern property, lovely garden and pool area, walking distance to town and a very friendly and helpful host. Even a few extra touches like a bottle of wine in the fridge for when we arrived. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and loved our stay here!

Pros: Everything, very private, beautifully furnished, large, clean and comfortable. Own private garden space but also use of pool and sauna.
