It was great except hosts are a little unhelpful

Pros: Facilities were excellent. The only thing was the booking.com app messenger was not working g and host seemed to be unhappy about comms on WhatsApp seemed like I was putting them out

Pros: The unit is value for money! The view is beautiful, and shops are in walking distance. No issues collecting keys, room was clean and comfortable, overall fantastic.

Pros: Spacious, beautiful view, comfortable beds. Nice to have the complementary coffee, sugar and milk if needed and salt! No noise at night, despite being in a big building. Easy check-in

Cons: Needs a coat of paint in some places, block out on the kitchen window A small dining table and a couple of dining chairs would make it more practical for eating in

Pros: Well situated, everything you need is walking distance. The flat is well equipped and comfortable!!

It was good. If I want to go to this part of Cape Town again, I would like to stay at The Rondebosch

Pros: Excellent location, close to grocery shops, pharmacy and such. Fairly noisy neighbourhood, but ok at night. Safe and secure block of flats, and the neighbourhood is safe to walk around, at least during daylight hours.

Cons: The constant hum of the machinery at the neighbouring shopping centre was tiresome, but at night it quietened down considerably. Same with traffic noise coming from the main road, especially at rush hours.

Pros: Nice location near university of Cape Town. 15-20 minute drive to airport. Great view from balcony.

A pleasant stay with breathtaking views, would stay here again.

Pros: Breathtaking views, Abundant amenities, neat apartment, and situated in a good location in realtion to the activities I planned.

Cons: More accessible entry for guests to the building and parking was abit tricky with a bigger car.

Great location , value for money, beds could do with an upgrade, otherwise will definitely go back.

Pros: great location beautiful view of the mountain , good size unit - spacious and comfortable, great value for money.

Cons: Beds need an upgrade, can feel springs in certain places , bed support not strong in some places , sadly not the best sleep.

Wonderful and I would not hesitate to book here again.

Pros: The apartment was amazing. It had everything we needed. The shower worked well, Netflix was a bonus and we felt safe. As a mom I came down to spend time with my daughter at UCT and together we could spend some special time together in the apartment. She was able to study and do assignments in the apartment too.

Cons: One thing that needs improvement are the mattresses, the pillows and the bedding. With that improvement, my experience would be exceptional!
