Perfect location

Pros: Both Johann and Yvette were absolutely wonderful—so friendly and helpful. We were able to drop off our luggage early, and on the last day we could check out later, which made things so convenient. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. The view was beautiful, and the location was incredibly close to the Lord Charles, where our conference was held. Truly the perfect place to stay.

A lovely home, far better than just accommodation!

Pros: It is a wonderful feeling when you enter a vacation home for the first time, and are immediately struck by the feeling of warmth and love that has gone into designing and decorating it. So, it came as no great surprise that the apartment was built for a parent and that our hosts, Johann and Yvette actually stay there from time to time. They had even bought a coffee plunger at my request. We loved the spectacular view of the sea and the mountains from the balcony, the second mini-kitchen upstairs, the good mattress and the air conditioner in the bedroom. The kitchen was equipped with basic groceries for our arrival. There is a full-size fridge, washing machine, gas hob, oven microwave, pot and pans and attractive crockery. The lounge furniture is comfortable, and there is a private braai (barbecue) area. We intend to stay at 8 on Lily again, the next time we are in the area.

Cons: For a stay of a week, 8 on Lily was perfect.
