Epic stay in a beautiful spacious 4 bed apartment

Pros: We loved our stay at this stunning, large, clean and well equipped 4 bed apartment. The open plan kitchen and living area have a large french door on to a patio which leads to a beautiful garden (with a small play area including swing and seesaw) and then a short path directly onto the beach. The views of cape town and table mountain from the beach are to die for, and the sunsets similarly so! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed including laundry facilities, and there was a braai (BBQ) available to use on the patio. The main bedroom had a large ensuite with a shower and bath, and the other bathroom had a shower. The complex has excellent security and a covered parking area, and regular patrols from security guards. It was a short (20min) drive into the city centre, and a 5 minute drive to a shopping complex with a Woolworths and pick'n'pay. We didn't visit the onsite restaurant or pool but they were available.

Cons: Everything worked well until our second-to-last night when the bath plug stopped working. We reported it and were offered an emergency fix but elected to make do. Our other mild frustration was the lack of a second gate fob/beeper which meant the second car always had to sign in and out, but the security guards were friendly and understanding.

Amazing, cozy Cabana by the beach

Pros: The cabana was big enough for my family, easy access to the beach. The views are amazing, you can watch the sunset right from the lounge. The gas heater was a nice touch, as it got a bit chilly at night. The kids enjoyed the board games provided.

Cons: There's honestly nothing to fault, I enjoyed everything about this place.
