Riverlands Luxury Apartments by City Club

We had a wonderful stay over the six weeks.

Pros: The apartment was excellent and we enjoyed the facilities.

Cons: Access to the parking was a bit of an issue, as we had to constantly press the help button for entry and exit. It appeared that the numberplate recognition was not either engaged or not working properly. While smoking was prohibited throughout the property we constantly experienced the smell of weed smoking through the ventilation system, the managers and security did their best to find the culprits. However, our hosts then moved us to a different apartment which resolved the issue for us.

nice place if you only need it for an overnight stay.

Pros: Due to unforeseen circumstances we arrived only @4:45, but the front desk was extremely helpful to get in settled in.

Cons: The place doesn't have hairdryers. The smaller room is so small you struggle to get into the bathroom to use the toilet. the rooms also don't have shampoo samples. The kettle had a round 2-point plug but there was no place to connect it to. we had to use our own multiplug.

Would stay again

Pros: Had a pleasant stay, clean and everything you need around you

Cons: Second time staying here and they don’t give late check outs.

Very convenient location

Pros: The apartment was clean and modern, with a fridge, microwave, and countertop stove. Crockery and cutlery were provided. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was also very clean. Free parking and reliable Wi-Fi were a big plus. The balcony too. The location is excellent—right across from Riverland Shopping Centre with plenty of shops and very close the the N1 and N2 highways. Highly recommend for a short term stay.

Cons: Check-in was time-consuming — keys had to be collected from a lockbox then have to also check-in at the security desk before parking in the apartment complex' garage. The bathroom door design makes it difficult to enter and use the toilet, this will be a problem especially for larger sized guests. We also experienced noise from neighboring apartments, including dog barking, though this is outside the host’s control.

Pros: It was clean m, closer to the airport and the stuff was very helpful

Stay was pleasant and would be highly recommended

Pros: Location was ideally situated, close to the mall and easy access to places of interest

Pros: location, central o where we needed to be, shopping mall just across the road. Felt very safe. Secure parking

Cons: The sheets and bath towels quality could be better. Would be nice to know who is cleaning/servicing the room

It was a brief stay, but I was satisfied with it a ton. A bit pricey for more than a few days stay, but it was good

Pros: The location, and also how clean and simple it was after checking in

Cons: The check in process. It’s really annoying

Pros: Modern apartment, had all amenities. Clean and stylish decor. All these made the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Cons: Check in process is very lengthy and staff is very delayed to handover information & check in codes. Check in is also late. The entire process to check in is frustrating

Lovely apartment, location amazing, with all the shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Pros: Hassle free, pretty straight forward to collect keys and getting access to the building.

Cons: Bigger coffee mug, but everything else was perfect.
