Pros: Cleanliness, great service from Hillary, facilities, felt like home. Having Jacob's and long life was a bonus. I'm a coffee lover.

Cons: Toilet next to the kitchen. Unsafe staircase (it's a huge hazard), children can fall and get injured on that staircase, windows that are hard to open or close, we had to call Hillary for assistance. There was a terrible smell when entering or exiting the kitchen.

Pros: The reception was exceptional and we immediately felt at home.The rooms were clean and tidy.whow I cannot forget to mention the kitchen It had all the kitchen utensils that we working perfectly. We enjoyed our stay and my kids were smitten because of free wifi of course. We'll definitely come back when we visit cape town again...

Cons: We didn't have no issues with the place at all...except the windows that didn't close well...
