Fabulous

Pros: Great location and close to shopping mall, restaurants and beaches. We were met at the property by Ryan who was delightful and gave us a full orientation of the property and nearby facilities. We had an issue with loosing the WiFi but following a call to the host this was immediately addressed. The welcome pack was a charming and much appreciated little touch. We would definitely stay here again should we visit Gordon’s Bay again Thank You Ruan and Ryan for being such charming hosts

Cons: The other 2 bedrooms would greatly benefit from A/C

Great holiday.

Pros: Clean, neat, spacious, well equiped. We definately got more than what we expected. Back-up power to cater for our daily power outages called load-shedding.

Cons: Unfortunately the main road it is located on can be noisy but it mostly is quiet at night.

Lovely spacious unit

Pros: We loved it. Spacious, clean, beautiful place. The hosts were welcoming, made us feel at home and they were just a call or message away at all times. We were a couple with a toddler - there was a 2nd bedroom we didn't make use of.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like! Just a note: in the fine print it mentions an additional cleaning fee of R350 - I totally missed it and was confused at first that the amount that was debited was more than what I was quoted on Booking.com.

Musa's first visit to The Elephant House

Pros: I liked the excellent hospitality, the privacy, comfortable beds, cleanliness, and availability of all the supplies including beach towels and basic food that were not part of the deal. This place is amazing for its cost. We had many places to visit, and the place itself is convenient for many destinations.

Cons: Nothing at all. I loved everything.
