Cape Town Studio Apartment

We had a great stay. Perfect location for all the touristy things we wanted to do.

Pros: A great stay and friendly hosts! They whatsapped me on the day of arrival and kept in touch. As Bruce was away, he made arrangements for a house sitter, Winston to meet us. Communication was easy and uncomplicated. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a fabulous view too. It's in a great location and I was also very happy to have the off-street parking.

Cons: A washing machine would have been a great advantage (we wouldn't make use of a dishwasher).

Perfect getaway

Pros: Bruce, the owner was away, but he arranged for someone to meet me. He also kept in touch with me and assisted throughout. Great location. Great & pleasant stay.

Pros: The host was very helpful and friendly, throughout my dealing with him, even days before I arrived. The view of Table Mountain, magnificent!

Cozy and comfortable with a breathtaking view (despite complications with booking last-minute).

Pros: The location is great. The view of Table Mountain is absolutely breathtaking. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to UCT and central to most other major landmarks around Cape Town. The apartment is well-equipped with all of the amenities you require, including a stable wifi connection.

Cons: I booked last minute. The communication between Booking.com and the host left much to be desired. It turns out the host was abroad, and the unit should not have been listed as available. We struggled to get in touch with someone to gain access to the property, and the unit wasn't prepared for our arrival. With that being said, the host went far beyond any reasonable expectations to make arrangements (from abroad) for someone to attend at the property, prepare the unit, provide us with access, and ensure that we were able to occupy the unit and be comfortable despite the booking disaster. He also made more than up for it by discounting our stay.

Clairmont Studio

Pros: The studio was very well laid out and it had everything I needed for a week- long recovery from surgery.

Overall a peaceful and relaxing stay with a beautiful view.

Pros: Beautiful location with splendid view of the mountain, nice and quiet area, room was very spacious, comfortable, and well appointed, the host was very caring and considerate.

Pros: The owner was supper nice and helpful. The property is was also very nice.Located In a beautiful and quite neighborhood.

Cons: Nothing.

Spacious studio with epic views

Pros: Fantastic setting in a quiet suburb with a great view of Table Mountain. The kitchenette actually has a full stove and oven and all you need to make your own meals. Has just been renovated and is light and feels very spacious. Bruce is a super friendly and helpful host.

Cons: Didn't have any complaints, the studio is as per the pictures and website description.

I am returning to this property on another two occasions during my stay in SA - that says it all!¬

Pros: Property was clean and bright. Well furnished and comfortable.

Cons: Fridge freezer section leaked water onto the top shelf, so some items got wet. The balcony view is lovely and the property is close access to a park. Great Uber service area too. :-)
