Pros: Location was great and the flat had everything that was needed.

Cons: The stairs are a bit much for elderly maybe it should say which floor the flat is situated on so people know

A lovely, well‑equipped apartment in a great location near the mall and the beach

Pros: The location was close to the main activity areas, with easy parking and a short distance to both the mall and the beach. As described on the webpage, it was safe and peaceful. The unit was equipped with everything you might need at home—whether cooking, washing, or doing general household chores.

Cons: One thing to be aware of is that the apartment does not have an air conditioner. Because it receives a lot of direct sunlight throughout the day, it becomes extremely hot inside, especially during warmer months. This made the space quite uncomfortable at times, even with the windows open. Anyone sensitive to heat or visiting during peak summer should keep this in mind, as proper cooling would make a significant difference to the overall comfort of the stay

Pros: Clean apartment. well equipped. safe, and private. beautiful views. lovely host Jared, though we never saw him during our visit. I enjoyed my stay

Grateful for a perfect place go in Cape Town to work and enjoy family time.

Pros: The location was perfect. For a work/ family trip it matched the energy we needed. The area looked and felt safe, so much so that we could walk to the shopping centres and the beach. We also needed to attend to a matter at the police station, and it was I walking distance. The host made accommodations for us as we we arriving early morning. His instructions were clear and we had a seamless stay. The apartment was clean and tidy, and had a warm welcome. I love hot showers, the shower was also a great space. What I also liked was that there was access to public transport with my city buses, but also with e-hailing services. We were able to move about easily.

Cons: It’s minor and we got use to it, the toilet/shower did not have a door.
