Great apartment

Pros: Everything. From the view to the grocery cupboard. The apartment made us feel at home. The airyness. The decor. Was a beautiful apartment.

Cons: There was nothing not to like.

Pros: The apartment is near Canal Walk, close to shops and restaurants

Cons: what I did not like is that the host did not meet us on arrival, the security had to check us in, the toaster was not working and we reported it but they did not make an effort to give us a toaster as our stay was for five days. As a healthy eater and being on a Low GI diet I could not toaster my bread in the morning for breakfast 🙃 I also suggested that they must put shower cabs, the curtain was torn in the other bedroom and it prevented us from opening the curtains 😏we reported it but nothing was done Can the property also put an extra TV in the main bedroom as other apartments, please Above all, we enjoyed our stay

Pros: The location is good, connected to Canal Walk Mall with access to public transportation and closer to main routes making it easier to travel around.

Cons: The arrival was not smooth, waited at the gate with no one to bring the Keys for us. It was worse when no one is answering the call on the phone provided despite communicating earlier. No mobile number was given for any emergencies whereas the landline rings unanswered.

Apartment was clean , bed and bedding in all 3 rooms we tidy and clean. Loved our views

Pros: Walking distance to mall, teenage kids were safe. There is a something for everyone to do young and old.

Pros: The location was great and also very child friendly.

Cons: Just a recommendation it would be great if,1 hour before arrival they communicate with guest and inform them about the appartement section and the person who will be their host. Because at this complex the are security personel and you are not allowed to enter without the relevant information. The kids had to quickly use the bathroom and it was our first time around this location and we had no idea if the shopping center had free bathroom for non shoppers or not. Above all everything was perfect.

Pros: Had all the needed amenities. Very close to the mall with an exclusive entrance to the mall

Cons: The Internet was limited to the living area. The network, if at all, was weak in the bedrooms. Add a booster in the corridor so that the bedrooms will also have Internet.

Pros: The Location was great. We were literally in the Cannal mall. Beautiful accommodation. With great views. It's unfortunate that we didn't spend enough time in our apartment because we were on tour during the day .The place was safe,we were a group of 6 ladies. We would really come back.The host was very helpful.

Cons: I cannot fault this place.
