Belina - Bougain Villas Premier

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful ground-floor apartment. The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The pond view was especially lovely and created a calm, peaceful atmosphere — perfect for unwinding after a long day. The complex is quiet, safe, and well-maintained, making it ideal for both short and longer stays. The two bedrooms are well-appointed and the apartment gets great natural light. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil and comfortable place to stay.

Pros: Location was great and the surrounding area was beautiful

Cons: Was not easy to find the apartment inside the complex. The appartment had a bad moisture musty smell

Pros: It is in a gated estate. Kids had a little play area. Our Host was friendly and very nice! Exactly like the pictures. The beds were comfortable and clean.The towels smelled great! And the bathrooms were clean with handwash, hand lotion, shampoo, and even bodywash! I thought this was very thoughtful of or host! The unit had everything that you need, a little home away from home for the night. Location is perfect as Canal walk is right around the corner. Will definitely be staying again!

Very pleasant

Pros: The procedure for entering the complex wasn’t very well thought through. The agent send a WhatsApp message with a qr code to enable us to access the property. As we had flown in with our phones on airplane mode, no WhatsApp messages were received. Fortunately my brother met us and was able to phone the agent who duels arrived and sorted it all out. The security guards at the gate were unhelpful in the extreme. A bad start 🤬

Cons: The maid did the washing in a washing machine in the apartment ( all bed linen) whilst we were in the apartment. Very noisy and intrusive.

Pros: Good location, good value, cleaning twice while we were there. Helpful host

Cons: Bathroom mats smelled.

Pros: We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It was very clean, well maintained, and beautifully set within a quiet residential estate. The pond view added a peaceful touch and made the stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again

Pros: EI had such an amazing time during my stay with my kids! Everything was just perfect and even better than I had hoped for. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and secure. Modern spacious apartment

Pros: The property was very central as the mall was close by. There were many parks and coffee shops in the area. The apartment was fully equipped and very spacious. And when there was load shedding the lights and WiFi still worked so that was amazing!
