Spacious Property. East access. All appliances one needs.

Pros: Breakfast was left in unit for us to heat up and go. Nutritional spread. Liked how the host allowed us to choose our preferred items. Felt like home.

Pros: Wifi was great! Bed was amazingly comfortable. Water hot as hell. Delivery of goods very smooth.

Secure and comfortable stay

Pros: Apartment was very spacious and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Kitchen well suited to cooking requirements as well. Close proximity to Canal Walk Shopping Center is very convenient. Located in secure complex with and felt safe during our stay,

Cons: Bed not as comfortabe as we would have liked. No airconditiong, however fan supplied was able to cool room down sufficiently.

Pros: I liked the easy check-in process and the location, very quiet neighbourhood, not far from the mall

Cons: An elevator would have been great as carrying the luggage from the basement to second floor was ideal, but that is not a fault of the accommodation

Great location, safe, and comfortable

Pros: Great location, safe for individuals and families, secure parking, apartment ws confortable and clean, overall had a good stay.

Accommodation excellent but facilities should be properly resourced.

Pros: Access at the gate was efficient and with little hustle. The instructions provided by the property owner were clear, precise and easy to follow. Hospitable place and a good host.

Cons: The television remote requires some instruction to operate. Recommend the property owner provide instructions on the remote since operating it is not conventional. The host was impolite after a jacket was forgotten at the place, had to be fetched later after check out, plus refused to refund an erroneous double payment. It was raining and cold on the 3 days; extra blankets and proper working heaters would have been handy. 1 tea bag, hardened coffee and dry sugar provided. One set of towels for 3 days stay was inadequate, and as such recommend resourcing facility should be based on the days for booking. The lack of alternative energy sources during loadshedding is disappointing.
