Luxury 3 bedroom Duplex Penthouse with communal swimming pool

Pros: The property was beautifully located with amazing views. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and very clean. An amazing stay indeed! Highly recommend for a stunning Cape Town holiday!

Good location for family

Pros: The view of the sea and table mountain. It's good for family trips.

Cons: There is no AC in apartment. During our stay it was hot, forces us to open windows and of which when it's too windy, it feels uncomfortable.

Bloubergstrand bliss

Pros: Fantastic view, nice kitchen with everything you need, all rooms were lovely and spacious, close to restaurants and shopping mall, great location, good parking

Cons: The bathroom window downstairs was broken. The sliding door came off its track and is extremely dangerous in that ferocious wind. My brothers managed to put it back in place, but we did not touch the door thereafter so could not use the balcony in lounge. I suggest leaving a few bathroom cleaning products like domestos for guests to use. A broom would also been handy. We like to clean daily. Both showers had a slimy residue on the floor which was unpleasant . Lift was very dark.,.needs a brighter light.

A lovely capetown experience with the family

Pros: The Apartment is located approximately 30mins from the Airport in a Serene environment of Table View, used an uber from the airport. The Apartment is strategically located. The Apartment is located on the 4th floor in a gated compound very clean and beautiful, loved the weather ( August), the view from our bedrooms were magnificent overlooking the Table mountain, lions head and the port in a distance( the entire family loved it) The bayside Mall is 10mins walk from the Apartment that made it so comfortable to shop.( Asian food, grocery shops, clothing shops, fast food points, Movie theatre, breakfast shops,forex bureau,children's playground and more) The beach is also a walking distance from the Apartment ( 8mins walk) Thank you so much Alex for making our stay so smooth and easy to settle in,responding to text and calls to help us out when needed.( My family and I are super grateful and thankful). I will recommend this Apartment to friends and family.

Pros: The view of the Table mountain from the living room to the bedroom was stunning. The house was very clean and neat. Ian was patient enough to wait for us on our check in date and he was very welcoming. Alex and Loren too were great hosts as well we intend to go back again. Thank you for being the best hosts on our 1st visit to Cape Town.

The unforgettable experience

Pros: Woooow!! the location was unbeatable, it was close to all the major attractions for an example,the beach and the mall was a walking distance and slso the environment was great and quiet for us to enjoy the sunset

Cons: Wooow!! Ian was so friendly and he welcomed us with warm hands and smile and we felt like we were at home Keep it up with a good work. You are appreciated by all of us. The apartment was so nice and beautiful it was the same way as it was on the pictures it was also clean The furniture was very very nice,( kitchen and bedroom units )and all the facilities were there We really really loved the place and we really enjoyed our stay. Next time we won't hesitate to come back again.
