Pros: The apartment was clean and neat on arrival. Everything was in good working condition. The area was safe. Thank you, we had a very nice stay

Cons: Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at your establishment. The only problem I experienced was the unexpected additional charges that were communicated only after the booking had already been made. I was informed that if a guest arrives late, or wishes to leave earlier than 08:00 in the morning, a fee of R350 would be required. This policy caused significant inconvenience, as I had to wait until 08:00 for someone to arrive, despite being more than 1,000 km away from my home. My intention was to leave at 05:00 in order to reach home before dark. I personally contacted the responsible person via WhatsApp the previous day, before 09:00, yet by 15:00 I had still not received any reply. As a result, we had to contact your client services department, who eventually advised that we could leave the key inside the apartment and simply close the door behind us, as it would lock automatically. This is the first time I have ever encountered such a policy of charging guests simply to depart earlier, and I find it both unreasonable and highly inconvenient. I trust that you will review this policy and ensure greater transparency for future guests. Yours faithfully,

Cons: Must emphasise on increasing towels, cleaning equipment must be available at all times.

Pros: Well equipped with stylish finishes. Good home from home with a partial view of table mountain. Short walk from the beach and close to amenities with safe parking and lifts in the building. Assistance with luggage when we arrive.

Cons: No air-conditioning, but the place is well insulated

I loved the place but they should be very clear about electricity allocation especially on a long st

Pros: This is a beautiful apartment and very clean. I enjoyed every part of my stay.

Cons: There electricity was finished I had to buy it myself several times. I only got the electricity voucher a day before I left. That was very bad. The beds are not comfortable at all, they gave me a bad back.
