Spacious Luxury 3 Bedroom Apartment B401 Sea Spray

We had a lovely and very memorable family getaway. We would definitely return

Pros: Property was spacious, well equipped, well located and had a great view.

Cons: The floor was a bit damaged. No complaints otherwise

Amazing stay.

Pros: Awesome views of Cape Town, Table Mountian, Table bay and Robbin Island. The hight of the unit makes the view even more spectacular. The complex has a lift which makes the unit very accesable for a wheelchair.

Cons: The wind (Cape Doctor) made it rather unpleasant to sit outside so we did not have much opportunity to truly apprecaite the beaty of the surrounds via the spacious balcony..

We had a pleasant stay, will definitely recommend your house to others.

Cons: No complaints but suggestions 1. Washington machine 2. Airfryer 3. Bigger television 4. Cleaning equipment like a bucket and mop set

Pros: The place is clean with friendly staff, location is good Restaurant are easily reachable

Pros: Most amazing view of Blouberg Sea and Table mountain. Braai facilities, enough space, Wifi, DSTV, great kitchen. Main bedroom has a massive bathroom which is really awesome.

Cons: The shared bathroom does not have a shower. This would be a big improvement if this bathroom also had a shower instead of a bath.

Pros: Sea view, table mountain view and lions head views are spectacular 👌

Cons: Main bathroom was a bit unclean

My stay at B401 Sea Spray

Pros: The location was great. The views were stunning. Lovely beach across the road. Access to restaurants, etc. Felt safe. The apartment was comfortable.

Cons: The heat inside the apartment - only heaters were provided, no cooling fans or aircons. I had my doubts about the pre cleaning of the floors prior to our arrival. The cleaner that came in 2 days into our stay had no cleaning materials to clean the apartment, except for a bucket and a mop. When she swept the floors and the loose floor rugs, the amount of dust made me wonder if the floors had actually been cleaned prior to our arrival. The bathrooms were superb, as was the bedding and linen, though.

Pros: the fact was in a stunning location looking over the sea and table mountain.it was well equipped and spacious

Cons: the windows were dirty but I think this was because if the sea and wind

We really enjoyed our stay it was our second home.loved it

Pros: It is a beachfront apartment and close to the shops.the place is so quite you can just hear the sea waves and enjoy looking at the sunset

Cons: We struggled with the downlights plugs,sometimes when you try to switch it on the lights will still be off.

Best 16th Birthday Gift ever

Pros: Everything. Better than advertised. The view was amazing, especially when you woke up to the sound of the sea. Blessing received us after midnight with a pleasant smile and so welcoming. We felt at home immediately. The location was also great because we were spoilt for choice for all meals. Restaurants were a walking distance away. The entire experience was exceptional and a true gift to my daughter for her 16th birthday experience. The lift to the 4th floor was a 🙌 Thank you so much 💓

Cons: In the greater scheme of things, it will just be patty to try and dig for something wrong, so I am just going to remember the awesome experience.
